How to Increase learning
There are I discuss about some tested techniques that work for me to increase learning, these technique are very helpful for the students to increase their learning tendency for their exam preparation. I use to share these with you all to increase your learning habit.
Read and write
Daily reading will prime your mind for taking in new information. Daily writing will force your brain to organize thought and ideas further solidify them.
Seek Novelty
Engage yourself for doing new things (Seek Novelty). New information, experiences, and People will expand your prospective and provide you with new neural connections and ideas.
Make a space for creativity to increase learning
The world around us is filled with unsolved problems and new ideas to notice them you must make space for observation and creative thinking. Always ,when you have time for do something new you engage yourself for doing new things making new things and that are mostly creative things which also make your mood and increase you to do more creative things.
Healthy Lifestyle Choices to increase learning
- Sleep: Ensure you get enough restful sleep to help memory consolidation.
- Nutrition: Eat a balanced diet rich in nutrients that support brain health.
- Exercise: Regular physical activity boosts cognitive function and memory.
Good sleep
Your brain needs sleep to clear toxins and function correctly. Sleep is how you organize and discard new information to create memories.
Nutrition
a healthy mind require a healthy body and a healthy body bodies need is healthy nutrition. Eat a balanced diet which is rich in brain boosting nutrients like – fruits and vegetables in which green leafy vegetables, green vegetables are included, omega 3 fatty acid, whole grains and proteins. I included this because without proper nutrition the other method would not be effective. if we eat healthy plant based nutrition, plant based food then our mind and body are becoming calm and relax.
Nutrition is the energy source of our body and brain because it give power to our body to do work and also give power to our mind to give signal to our organs to do to follow mind order by which we do our all activity. So a good nutrition is a very important for good and active mind. our meal must have carbohydrate, protein, fat, mineral and vitamin sources, mineral and vitamin is come from vegetables and fruits which is the source of good mineral and vitamin who protect our body and defend us for disease and illness causing microorganisms.
Exercise
Exercise and physical activity increase blood flow and the growth of new neurons in your brain. It will improve all aspects of your cognition.
