Balanced Diet Plan for PCOD

🌅 Early Morning (6:30 – 7:00 AM) – Detox Drink

✅ Lukewarm water + 1 tsp flaxseed powder / Lemon water / Fenugreek seed water

🍽️ Breakfast (8:00 – 8:30 AM) – High Protein & Fiber-Rich Meal

✅ 1 bowl oats/porridge + chia seeds + nuts
✅ OR 2 moong dal cheela + mint chutney
✅ 1 glass turmeric milk or green tea

🍏 Mid-Morning Snack (11:00 AM) – Light & Nutritious

✅ A handful of roasted chickpeas + 5 almonds + 2 walnuts
✅ OR 1 bowl Greek yogurt + flaxseeds

🍛 Lunch (1:30 – 2:00 PM) – Balanced Meal

✅ 1 multigrain roti (made from bajra/jowar/wheat)
✅ 1 bowl dal / paneer bhurji / soya chunks
✅ 1 bowl green vegetables (spinach, bottle gourd, fenugreek)
✅ 1 bowl salad + 1 glass buttermilk

☕ Evening Snack (5:00 PM) – Light & Healthy

✅ 1 glass green tea / ginger-turmeric tea
✅ 1 bowl roasted fox nuts (makhana) / roasted black chickpeas

🍽️ Dinner (8:00 – 8:30 PM) – Light & Early Meal

✅ 1 bowl vegetable soup + grilled paneer/tofu
✅ OR 1 bowl khichdi + raita
✅ Keep dinner light and low in carbohydrates

🌙 Before Bed (10:00 PM) – For Hormonal Balance

✅ 1 glass turmeric milk OR 1 tsp flaxseed powder with warm water
