Balanced Diet Plan for PCOD
๐ Early Morning (6:30 – 7:00 AM) – Detox Drink

1 glass turmeric milk or green tea
๐ Mid-Morning Snack (11:00 AM) – Light & Nutritious

๐ Lunch (1:30 – 2:00 PM) – Balanced Meal
