Ingredients for making Sattu Drink

  1. Bengal gram Sattu
  2. Water
  3. Salt
  4. Black Salt
  5. roasted cumin powder
  6. Chat Masala (optional)
  7. Lemon juice

Method

  1. take 2-3 tablespoon of sattu in a glass.
  2. Add salt to toast (1/4th teaspoon).
  3. Add a glass of water.
  4. Add roasted cumin powder – 1/4th Teaspoon
  5. Add Black Salt – 1/4 Teaspoon
  6. Chat Masala (optional) – 1/4 Teaspoon
  7. Add Lemon juice – 1/2 Tablespoon.
  8. Mix Well and enjoy the drink.
